Do you train on my code?

No. Helix never sends your code anywhere unless you explicitly ask it to. Self-hosted deployments don't leave your network at all.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — monthly plans cancel instantly, annual plans cancel at the end of the term. No "talk to sales to cancel" nonsense.

What models do you use?

Helix ships with a tuned default, but Pro and Enterprise can bring their own keys for OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock, Azure, Gemini, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint.

Is there a free trial of Pro?

14 days, no credit card required. After that, Helix gracefully downgrades to Hobby — you won't lose access to your indexed projects.
